Payment terms



AdexArk - payment terms





Payment Requirement



All services require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. No session, booking, or engagement is confirmed until payment has been received and verified.



Booking Confirmation



A booking is only considered confirmed once:

Payment has been received in full, and

Confirmation has been issued by AdexArk


Submitting a booking request without payment does not secure a time slot.





Accepted Payment Methods



Payments may be made via:

Bank transfer into AdexArk provided account

Other approved methods as communicated by AdexArk


AdexArk does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.



Currency and Exchange Rates



Payments may be accepted in Nigerian Naira (₦), British Pounds (£) or other currency agreed by AdexArk, depending on the engagement.


Where currency conversion is required:

The Client is responsible for any exchange rate differences

The Client is responsible for all transfer and intermediary bank fees The full agreed amount must be received net of all charges Shortfalls in payment will result in the booking remaining unconfirmed.



Payment Verification



Services will only proceed once funds are received and confirmed in the designated account. Proof of payment (e.g. transfer receipt) does not constitute confirmation.



Delayed or Failed Payments



AdexArk is not responsible for:

Banking delays

Incorrect payment details provided by the Client

Failed or reversed transactions


Where payment is delayed, scheduled sessions may be released or reassigned.



Refund Policy



All payments are final.


No refunds will be issued once:

A session has been delivered, or

Preparation for the engagement has commenced


Any exception is made solely at the discretion of AdexArk.



Rescheduling Policy



Clients may request rescheduling with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and may be treated as a completed session. Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation without refund.



No-Show Policy



Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed session. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.



Partial Payments (Enterprise Only)



For larger engagements, staged or milestone payments may be agreed in writing. Failure to meet agreed payment milestones may result in suspension of services.



Chargebacks and Disputes



Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior engagement with AdexArk will be considered a breach of these Terms.


AdexArk reserves the right to:

Suspend services

Recover outstanding amounts

Provide supporting documentation to financial institutions



Right to Refuse Service



AdexArk reserves the right to refuse or suspend services where payment terms are not met or where there is reasonable concern regarding payment reliability.
