Partners are responsible for identifying and submitting qualified opportunities through our structured process.


AdexArk manages all evaluation, engagement, and delivery. Commission is paid only on verified opportunities that convert into completed business.





Who we're looking for?



AdexArk is inviting selected partners to help identify qualified opportunities across its core service areas. If you have access to relevant individuals, businesses, institutions, landlords, operators, diaspora clients, or commercial decision-makers who may require AdexArk services, you may be eligible to join our commission-based referral network.


This opportunity is best suited to serious connectors, introducers, and business development-minded individuals who can identify real commercial opportunities and work within clear operating standards.


Approved partners can submit qualified opportunities through our structured process (You will be given access if sucessful). Where a verified opportunity converts into completed business, commission is paid in line with AdexArk’s partner terms.

What partners must not do?



Must NOT make false claims

Must NOT misrepresent AdexArk

Must NOT negotiate deals for AdexArk

Must NOT quote pricing or offer discounts

Must NOT make commitments on behalf of AdexArk

Must NOT seek payments from clients or prospects

Must NOT bypass AdexArk in submitted opportunities

All submissions must:

Be genuine and verifiable

Include accurate client details

Include confirmed client consent

Meet AdexArk quality standards



Commission structure?



AdexArk Service Acquisition Program (ASAP) partners earn commission based on the quality, value, and outcome of the opportunities they introduce. Commission is payable only after the opportunity has been verified by AdexArk, converted into completed business, and payment has been received by AdexArk.


Commission is capped at ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira) per successful deal.


10% Standard Commission Paid on qualified opportunities that convert into completed business.


15% Enhanced Commission Applied to strong referrals that demonstrate clear commercial value, quality, and alignment with AdexArk service criteria.


20% Premium Commission Reserved for high-value or strategic opportunities where the partner’s introduction significantly improves access, reduces acquisition effort, or accelerates conversion.


For selected services, a fixed referral fee may apply instead of percentage commission where this better reflects the commercial structure of the service.


No guaranteed earnings or upfront payments are offered or implied. All commission determinations are subject to AdexArk’s verification, approval, and applicable partner terms.
